New Spammers new cleanup today

I don't think they'll ever quit. Bastards.

At the risk of seeming snooty and snide, spammers are far from gone. I've found some that were months old. I'd like to request mod powers back just so I can keep this mo' fo' cleared out in a more timely manner. Any spam that is left on the forum for any length of time invites more spam.
We're better than this (coming from someone who helped get this place off the ground).

Yep, the Welcome section is littered.

Even old threads are resurected with spam posts. I report as many as I can find.

I've given up on reporting them. There's too damn many.
