I came across in Youtube with these amazing videos.
Seen is believing!
Tools need it.
1) Hair Dryer / Heat Gun
2) Can of compressed CO2 or a can of compressed air that people uses to blow dust of electronic parts.

Yes, it did worked somehow.
My wife 07 VW Beetle has some dents on the door. I used to have a Motorcycle and fell on the car. No really major damage, if the car was 6 inches away it would missed it completely. Anyway, I plied on one of the dents and is on the frame where the metal is thick, it did pulled some out but is not 100% removed.
I think I did it wrong. The other is, how hot is hot? I was afraid to burn the paint and at my house has been in the 104F, so I am wondering with a colder car might work better. So I have more to experiment.

More than you think. I've been riding up to 15 miles a day since beginning of 2011, possibly before. It's my main mode of transportation.
