Now see, I don't care about others telling me what to observe or believe. It's a form of brainwashing, which the media in general is good at. It's also what I hate about the current religious climate - if you ain't Xian, you ain't shit, which is also permeating our government and shouldn't be. I like to get the hard core facts that I can from all sides and make my own observations and opinions from that. The problem with "news" is that it's not "news" any more. It's car wrecks and opinion. The VW crap is just part of the WW3 economical war. Is giving the Germans a black eye with the so called Global Warning/Climate Change bullcrap. Now you see a taste of the taxation in place. The part that nobody know is how tight the emissions are, to the point that are very hard to reach. Is not going to spew pure Oxygen out of the tail pipe, never ever. Will come some bearable emissions. To create those so called 0 emissions vehicles, the so called carbon footprint is much higher. Just dig on how Lithium is mined and processed to a battery; you will be surprised.
