i have in my basement via selfhost.org and you can german,
if you have a dynamic ip adresses pro domain 17 or 22€ or something for a year

There was this slight problem that the speed reported above was only available to Ethernet cabeled computers. The Wifi had only 1/10 of the speed.
This is due to the 2.5 Ghz limitation that many routers have.
To overcome this we need a 5 GHz router and even then there might be limitations to top speed like 200 mbit/s ... but still that is way better than 40 so your Wifi laptops will still be a lot faster.
I considered buing an Asus router to bridge to my old Router to get the 5G speed but got lucky when Gizmo puked over the old router; so The ISP sent me a new one with 5G capabilities.
Yeah it is not as fast as cable but still 10 times faster than before so Life is good...
To get the speedtest pic above you can type speedtest --share in your terminal
