Apple not liable in DRM case

Apple has been found not liable in a DRM case where they made it impossible to play tunes that were purchased from other companies than Apple.

It looks like the verdict will be appealed.

Of course not. So quit using Apple and I will bet they will change their business practices.

Of course! Apple will do what is good for business which is OK since they are a business.
What puzzles me is that people are willing to pay that much for Apple products, but we can't blame Apple for that.

Apple is in the Faashion/Tech industry. People that understand Fashion buy Apple, people that understand Technology buy some else. :smug

Yes they have cool and fashionable products. Design is important.
Fashions have a tendency to become unfashionable after a while so they have to come up with something new fairly often.

To stay in fashion.

They have been good at it so far - they are the most valuable company in the world; it is hard to argue with that.
