Hotter than a hooker in a heater for the last week here! We had some good rain over the week too, though. Hoping for more, but not in the form of severe weather. One day, two tornado warnings!

You have much more exiting weather over there - Tornadoes are real exotic over here. Here it is sunny and +9 C at 10 o' clock am
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

Look at this crap:
Heat Advisory

Statement as of 3:20 PM MDT on June 04, 2010

... Heat advisory in effect from noon to 7 PM MDT Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a heat
advisory... which is in effect from noon to 7 PM MDT Saturday.

* Temperature... 100 to 105 degrees in the middle and lower Rio
Grande Valley and 105 to 110 degrees over the east central and
southeast plains.

* Timing... the hottest temperatures will occur between noon and
700 PM Saturday.

* Local impacts... very hot temperatures will create increased risk
of heat related illnesses for those participating in outdoor
activities... especially children and the elderly.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A heat advisory means that a period of very hot temperatures is
expected. Hot temperatures will create a situation in which heat
illnesses are possible. Drink plenty of fluids... stay in an air-
conditioned room... stay out of the sun... and check up on relatives
and neighbors. Do not leave children or pets in vehicles as the
temperature can soar to over 140 degrees in less than an hour.

Special Weather Statement

Statement as of 11:49 AM MDT on June 04, 2010

... Very hot temperatures expected this weekend...

A strong ridge of high pressure will remain anchored over New Mexico
for the next several days. This will aid in near record to record
high temperatures over a large portion of central and eastern New
Mexico this weekend and potentially extending into the early part
of next week.

The hottest temperatures will occur Saturday through Monday where
readings will approach 100 to 105 degrees along and south of
Interstate 40 over the east and southeast plains. Readings will top
out near 110 degrees in Roswell. Record high temperatures from the
upper 90s to the lower 100s are also expected for the Rio Grande
Valley including the Albuquerque Metro area. A weak cold front could
provide a brief respite from the heat late Saturday or early Sunday
over the northeast plains but the excessive heat will resume by early
next week.

Since this is the first very hot weather event for much of New Mexico
this year... the potential exists for high heat stress Saturday through
Monday. Those engaging in outdoor activities are encouraged to wear
light colored and light weight clothing... avoid extended exposure to
the sun... and drink plenty of water. Leaving children and pets in
parked vehicles is very dangerous. Temperatures inside a vehicle can
reach 140 degrees in less than an hour.

Tonight
Clear. Lows in the lower to mid 60s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph.

One car did not came with an AC from Factory, the other the compressor quit working (I fixed it and broke shortly after).

On my other 3 cars, works just fine...

Also, I bought one of those $79.99 Pools for my grandkid, nice little tub to soak in on a hot day.

My lawn care is contracted out to a local guy, so no more sweaty ass days mowing the yard :s

We are planing to go to Schlitterbahn, I get a good discount at Ft Hood... Ahhh the joys of been a Military Retiree :A

Here is how to find out, although I do know that 0 degrees C = 32 degrees F, so I can usually generally tell about what what is from there.

It is positively effing freezing in the house this morning, and 30 degrees outside here at my house (-1.1111111111111112 C). I'm awfully glad this is the coldest point of the day right now.

Yep. Can't call the landlord to come fix the heating, that's for sure.

I think it's going to warm up though after this for a few days.

Oops. At the freezing point for tonight though again. :(

Cold tonight - that's just what those of us in this area who have had our eardrums bust from the garbage going 'round need (there are quite a few of us right now - there's strep with this garbage that goes straight back to the ears, and won't clear up for anything):
