It happens from time to time - for no good reason that I know of.
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

They didn't even upgrade to the current release (if phpbb is what you're talking about) when it came out. What makes you think they'll upgrade to the next one? They're still on phpbb2.
