I'm sick and tired of winter, and it ain't over yet! 2:00 this morning, we switched to daylight savings time, and look what's up and coming:
Tomorrow is forecast to be Much Cooler than today.
Now
Areas of low clouds will persist over over northeast and east central New Mexico this evening...while showers and isolated thunderstorms develop over portions of the south central mountains and southeast plains...and track to the northeast and north. Before 8 PM...showers and possibly a storm or two may pass over or near Roswell...Elkins...mesao...Elida...Portales and Fort Sumner. Wind gusts to around 40 mph...and spotty rainfall amounts of up to one quarter inch are possible with the developing showers this evening. The precipitation is expected to build into Curry and Quay counties by 8 PM.
Tonight
Mostly cloudy. Breezy. Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening...then rain likely after midnight. Lows in the mid to upper 30s. East winds 15 to 25 mph.
Monday
Breezy. Rain likely. Highs in the upper 30s to mid 40s. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph.
Monday Night
Mostly cloudy. Chance of rain in the evening...then chance of snow after midnight. Lows in the upper 20s to lower 30s. North winds 10 to 20 mph in the evening.
It's windy as hell right now rolling that cold front in... earlier today I could at least go outside, but I don't dare now.
I just want it to stop! It's time for Spring!
