What is old? Is all based on perspective. 
Today, the Millenials and Z Gen were programed to sideline elders. The reason why is to change the workforce culture by force. In another words, they were programed to hate anybody above their ages. If you fall within the 50s bracket and up, you are pretty much unemployable.
