I liked how the little globe showed a banner with "Oakland, CA", flag, and all when the west coast of USA revolved into view.

Meantime, I followed the howto, linked above, searched about:config for dom.ipc.plugins.enabled, and turned off the one of those that was on. After a restart, I don't see plugin-container in top. :dance1 Bring it!

However, "Large Visitor Map" (off-site linked page) seems to be java, which takes > 60% cpu in top. :wall:

On ANY cell phone, if you don't keep your GPS turned off, then you are liable for this yes. The problem is, most think it's the greatest thing on this earth, and it can be - if used correctly. Mine stays turned off until/if I have an emergency (and I'm talking the "dial 911 because" type, and that is only so emergency people can find me). Meh. People are stupid. Except for the ones here, of course.

As an added footnote, I can't see the globe from my cell phone. Go figure. LOL.

Just to add to your (understandable) paranoia here is a good one:

Brain getting harder, day by day, constantly forgetting where I left something or other, what was I going to do, I can see where such would come in handy, as long as I can remember, "There's an app for that!" :berserk2

Yup I guess I should be thankful in my age too. The other day I could not find my car key. Searched the entire house and it was gone. :f
Where to search next? Google of course! And they immediately knew that I had misplaced my car key in the refrigerator. +1
