Outlook data file cannot be accessed means Outlook data file cannot be accessed due to syncing error between Exchange and Outlook.
To solve this error youhave to follow certain steps as given:
l Turn off the cached mode in MS exchange.
l For that go to Control panel
l Click Mail
l Click email accounts
l Sellect your preferred account
l Click the Change button
l Thus , the Outlook data files will be accessed.
