Updated Mageia today

Mageia only lives in a VM here but I need it to help out this old laydy that has it installed (because of me).
I rearly have to help since it "just works" there - but you never know.
I have openbox with xfce4-panel running and it has been ages since I updated the box. So I did a today and there was a sh..load to update.
After such a long time many things can go wrong... but it didn't.
Everything went through smooth as silk and after a reboot I had the latest. I noticed that Mageia is using the 4.1 kernel while I use 4.6 at my Manjaro install but that doesn't matter as long as it works!
Mageia is good quality and it is strange that not more people reccomend it instead of Ubuntu - which in my experience is not as good and full of surprises.
It is stuff like this that matters in the long run - removing orphans now to see if I can break something....
Doing the dreaded and there was a load to remove. I had a brief look that nothing vital was in there and hit ENTER.
rebooted....
..and
everything still worked
