ROSA is pretty much the mothership of Openmandriva. There is not much difference between them.
Now they have released "Fresh4".
It comes with:
EFI installation support
root partition encryption
ROSA is a fork of Mandriva and as such pretty user friendly. It is a European distro which keeps it clear of exotic American patent and digital rights rules.
