I got VPN while buying a cheap dedicated server from HostNOC, during my visit to China, it worked like a charm.

I don't think in China you can easily use a VPN. I have a social media marketing business in China and I face a lot of hurdles working in china. Do you think the VPNs you are recommending are worth purchasing?
