It took 4 hours!
Ok It was a bare metal backup doing the whole enchilada both Linux and Windows but you sure need patience.
It is a good thing that Redo has a browser so that you can play chess on the internet while it is doing its job. My system is pretty full so the backup was about 1TB.

Before I backed up I used the VikingRescueSystem to scan for viruses with Trinity Rescue Kit where you have a lot of AV programs
