Well this is big This is actually played with the foot (not that other sport; handball with ruffing).
I think Spain are favorites to win, that Argentina has a great team (but the worst trainer). That the Italians will be dangerous as always. That Brasil will play some fantastic football as always.
And in the end Germany will win - by definition.

Yup tied 1-1.
Mexico was dominating the game but south Africa had a brilliant goalkeeper. In the second half the game was more even and South Africa gained some confidence by their first goal.

Looking forward to ENGLAND vs USA now. England expect to become world champions as always, and they will probably loose again because of that. They have a very god trainer this time, the Italian Cappello, that may help.
The USA team is strong and enthusiastic and may well win this one but England are favorites. I like underdogs so I will be cheering for the USA on this one.
Later today it is the top game between Argentina and Nigeria I expect to see some really good football there.

Why is it that people always go for the USA, just to go for the USA? Call me a traitor, I don't care. I'm going for England (I love the Brits, Scots, etc. LOL)!

England and USA played 1-1. England does not have a chance of wining this WC. If they do I will eat my socks:)
And why do you assume that people go for the USA? They don't 90 % here go for England.
Argentina beat Nigeria 1-0. They could go all the way and they have the best player in the world in their team.

And you know little about the Scots if you think they went for England - not in a million years

Yeah, that is a surprise. Even to me.

There must be a war going on in the French team. I have never seen so many stars unable to play together. I mean they really suck, and they all are world stars in their clubs. The just do not seem motivated at all - and there is no excuse for that in a WC.
Mexico played well and sure deserved this one. The French newspapers will be slaughtering their own team now - and they will be right!

The US just played 2-2 against Slovenia - they should have won, but they were unlucky with the referee
