Good thing that Apple will be able to control this since you are not able to control yourself. Apple will simply deactivate your camera based on the location!
Regarding the locations I guess the concert hall owners can pay Apple to turn of your phone on their location. This is good good for the culture - we cannot have all those peasants running around taking pictures. It is forbidden in Museums too and bad for the postcard sales. In fact there are some countries that do not want your camera to function in areas that do not match the official propaganda so it should be made impossible to take pics of starving people in North Korea too. Naturally your camera will not work in military areas etc.
Good thing that Apple has the moral high-ground and can decide in these matters...

Almost to good to be true - and While you are at it Apple can you please make the phone inactive in cars - just check the GPS how fast the phone is moving and disable when higher than walking speed.
It is dangerous and we need you to do it for us. I guess we will be hearing a lot about "range of policy" in the future.
While Apple is doing this well meant stuff The EU is working on a regulation regarding reducing the functionality of electronic products that you have bought.
If Apple had made cars it would of course be impossible to break the speed limit - once you are in a town the engines functionality would be reduced to 50 Kmh.
Never mind that pregnant lady giving birth in the seat next to you......
