Windows "start" menu

Postby dedanna1029 » 08 Nov 2015, 20:10

What would happen if I delete everything off this page of the Windows "start menu"? Would it go straight to the next page down (where the programs are in list form) when I click the desktop icon in the lower left? That's what I'm hoping for.

I mean if I delete everything off here. I hate this page of it:

I think you only have to stand on your head and hit the Windows button with your toes - to get a normal menu:
Or you could install this
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

OK, thanks. :)

I'm going to go play while I'm downloading missing files for Mageia.
First see if I can get rid of that page for the helluvit and then I'll check out that Classic Shell. :)

Well, deleting those off the page didn't do anything but leave a blank page so I guess Classic Menu is the thing to try.

Yep! Just the way I like it!

This is great! I'd tried other ones of these but nothing ever suited so I gave up searching lol.
