I wonder how long it is coing to take them to get Sued. But it is an elegant approach. If MS wants to claim that they have used MS code they have to reveal that very code to prove it.

Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

ReactOS has actually been out for a good while...
