This is Linux with XFCE and metacity, some tweaking et voila you have your good old windows look and feel back +1
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

If I have to choose a Win OS the one that I like the best is Win2K hands down. From XP and up is full of crapware and certified BS.
