Yes folks it is 10 years since IBM open sourced their 40 Million investment Development program: Eclipse.
This has apparently been a success. I think eclipse always has been in the shadow of Netbeans.
Still there are at least two good development platforms out there so than you IBM for the insight and courage.
I have been using it a bit since Jan 2009 as you can see on the Elipse site here
