Consumer Reports is measuring it wrongly according to Microsoft.
Microsoft has been doing it correctly and found that there is only something wrong with 1 (one) out of 100000.
They have gathered this with the telemetry data that they gather from people who have chosen to share them (and those who haven't
).Makes me wonder how the other laptops could be that much better with those hopeless tests
