So far it has bee possible to turn of third party commercials in Windows 10. With the upcoming Windows 10 anniversary update; this won't be possible anymore.
You will have to pay for the Enterprise or Server edition to avoid getting the MS "store suggestions".
If you don't; you will get them whether you want them or not.
