AnyDesk remote control

Postby viking60 » 11 Nov 2016, 15:42

Anydesk is a GUI remote control program that works on Both Linux and Windows.
It is supposed to be faster than Teamviewer and easy to use.

I have checked it out:
I compiled AnyDesk from AUR on my box and on the remote lap.
AnyDesk gives you an ID when you start it that you can use for remote control.

I started AnyDesk on both computers and noticed the ID's given by AnyDesk - after that it was a piece of cake:

Remote controlling a distant desktop with a GUI is no problem anymore.

Where to find it?

Well if it is not in your repos you can download Anydesk for Debian/Ubuntu, Fedora , RedHat, Mageia, OpenSuse, and "Other Linux"
