Pretty neat house.
My question is, how durable is?
There is any issues as far allergens, like mold and such?
How the waste is disposed, like bathroom, kitchen?
This is some that I would not mind to live in.

Re: Looking for wireless adapter
Thinking a little more, as long as I make a good splice connection, there's nothing extraordinary about adding (+/-) a dozen berserkens of copper to the phone line. @Randy, I'm having a hard time finding intel on the Netgear WG 113, even at the Netgear site. Must be pretty old? :confused Anyway, st...

Re: Hope y'all had fun with your rapture, but...
During the Rapture... I placed a Brisket in the Rotisserie with Mesquite and Hickory. Opened my $35.00 Bottle of Spanish Tinto Wine and drank it all (BTW, I still have some Port, Jerez and Marsalla left). Later in the evening, the wife made some Bushwhackers and played the PS3 with Rock Band. Sucked...

Re: Distributed Computing
For what I read, Grid type is not suited for us but more of a local peer to peer distributed computing.
I might pitch BOINC and Mathematica if they want to pay for it.

Re: Distributed Computing
BOINC comes to mind but I do not know if any other one out there that is better. Mathematica is closed source, but I have no experience except for BOINC as far folding on overclocking test/competitions.

Distributed Computing
Posted this on the Mandriva Forum, nobody have not replied yet. I hope someone has some input on this. Were I work, we have a lot of stress analysis/calculations to make. For a single computer could take days to accomplish such task. I am contemplating the idea of Distributed Computing in order to u...

Re: Bill Gates in Oslo today
IMHO he is giving MS to Ballmer because he found some more important that be #1 in the OS business. I have not taken a Flu shot in so many years. I have not been sick yet. Most of the crap is just an scare tactic. By the way, how many people got the Swine Flu and the West Nile Virus? I know was runn...

Re: You're gonna love this one.
I think a MS was after the subscribers instead of Skype per-se (just the numbers).
Google Voice is another and I wish there is a plug in for Mandriva.
There is one for *buntu and Fedora/SuSE.
All you need is a GMail account.

Re: You're gonna love this one.
I remember long time ago some Skype developers came from MS. Kind of getting away from them. This is my theory... Skype is just a name, like GM, Dow Chemicals, 3M, etc... what makes the company is the people. Hypothetical speaking, I sell Skype but the developers are migrating to another system and ...
