Apple could not stop Samsung sales in the US

Postby viking60 » 13 Oct 2012, 22:04

ImageThe ridiculous patent kidergarden continues.

Inspired by their victory in a Californian court; Apple claimed that it should be illegal to sell Samsung in the US - and they lost!

Apple stocks decrease by 2 % after this. Some say those comapnies should work more on their products an less in the courts.
This is a huge setback for Apples attempts to become market leader.

Netxt time they could try to make better products?
The best products often become market leaders, people tend to buy them because they are good.

... And they tend to be angry when someone tries to forbid something that is good....

I got a Galaxy S3 for the wife.

She truly loves it.

The only breakthrough that Apple made was the introduction of the "Smart" Phone.
Perhaps is more proper Mobile Computing.

The desire was there; just no manufacturer wanted to take a leap of faith and try it.
Just apple did but also they have a crapola of failed products.

Have anybody watched Saturday Night Life? They made a skid about apple; podcast style... Was pretty funny.

Past experience demonstrates best method to tighten bolts is to use appropriate size spanners.

Oh boy! That is really unbelivable. They seem to think they are above the law (well British law anyway). I do not think they will get much goodwill from that.

If you will remember, I told you that extra characters in the basic youtube url would NOT work with our youtube viewer. I told you this explicitly.

That one (the non-HD, due to connection) got a "comment" from yours truly. Ridiculous. People spamming the crap out of people to get an Apple iPad today only. Ridiculous.
