I am more happier with some wines from Spain. Specially from the Rioja. Love the strong Tinto flavors :D

I almost forgot, I got some smoked Salmon too.

A turkey and ham sandwich, with petite tango, petite oak, and petite gem lettuces, a slice of a very large tomato, a small bit of mayonnaise, coarse mustard, on Earth Grains 100% natural, Eco-friendly Wheat Berry with Honey bread. Oh, and alternating slices of extra sharp cheddar cheese, and monterrey jack cheese.

Spaghetti bolognese & chianti - all in one meal? NICE. Salad? Bread? Did anything else go with that?

Actually salad - but usually that is it. You don't need anything to go with spagetti Bolognese if it is made like it should be. (My Aunt was Italian so I know a bit about that)

Very cool, and also very true. Mine probably isn't classic "bolognese", as I add 4 different kinds of bell pepper as well. Yellow, red, green, and orange. For that matter, I don't use beef either. I use ground turkey.

But then, I soak anything I eat with lots of veggies.
