Special offer there to get rid of Windows 8. I wonder if this will be registered as a part of Windows 8 sales :think: In any case; there seems to be a good market for it.
It should be a matter of turning of secure booting and installing Windows 7. I guess it is a fair price for the working hours.
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.
