Samsung is tired of patent wars

Samsung and Apple are involved in patent wars all over the globe. In the US Apple is always winning but in other parts of the world that is not so certain.
Now Samsung is proposing a five year "timeout" in the EU.
The investigations the EU has started regarding the patent war might provide some solutions that they are not interested in.
By waving a temporary white flag they hope to stop this.
These patent conflicts always have double and triple layers so Apples wish to block Android might be a big motivation in the conflict with Samsung.
In the end it is business as usual and the goal is to win the game:
It really is not that complicated - and there are plenty of companies that have specialized in this without having any technical expertise - but lots of lawyers (often referred to as patent trolls)- and they are only there to help you.....
